Candidates must have significant experience at the Band 7 level in MSK physiotherapy, including supervisory and training capabilities, alongside demonstrated leadership qualities. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated physiotherapist to help lead and manage our MSK team.
You will work alongside with the existing team of band 8b, 8a Physiotherapists and will be supported by a team which includes Band 7, Band 6, Band 5 and Band 2s. You will help lead the day to day management of the MSK physio and administrative teams at Northwick Park, Central Middlesex and Ealing Hospitals. Transformation and Innovation of current services is encouraged and you would be fundamental in skill development of others whilst taking opportunity to develop your own clinical and leadership skill set.
The MSK service accepts consultant and A&E referrals is based in the hospital setting at either Northwick Park, Ealing or Central Middlesex Hospitals .The post holder will have a varied Out-Patient case load, which could include class work and hydrotherapy.
