WEEKEND
The Central London Community Health Trust is seeking a dedicated and innovative Patient Service Administrator to join their teams in Merton and Wandsworth. The role involves providing essential administrative support, which includes handling patient inquiries, processing referrals and discharges, and managing appointment scheduling within the South West Division. The position is based at Merton Civic Centre, with opportunities for agile working after competency approval. Candidates should possess strong communication and administrative skills, a passion for quality improvement, and the ability to manage patient interactions in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires flexibility, including weekend shifts, as part of a rota system.
