Promote tenants independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the best standards of care. Adhere to and complete accurate and timely records of the care and support provided to tenants. Promote lifestyle choice, offering individuals the opportunity and motivation to retain independence and stay in control of their lives.

This post attracts a welcome payment of 5% of the starting salary for the grade to enable individuals to join our permanent workforce. This is payable upon successful completion of your probationary period and is subject to eligibility criteria.
About the Team
We are looking for a Step Down Support Worker to be based in one of our Extra Care Services at Hawthorn Court on a part time basis.
This permanent role is for 28 hours per week and involves a rota system which will involve working split shifts, morning and afternoon/evening. You also will be working every other weekend with some bank holidays for which enhancements are paid.
The Hawthorn Court offers a vibrant community atmosphere which is in Keynsham, and this is easily accessible via public transport or car.
What is Extra Care?
Extra Care Housing is for adults, who have some care needs, with an assured tenancy in a self-contained flat in a purpose-built or adapted scheme. Our Extra care housing services have been rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in June 2022.
As an Extra Care Support Worker, you will:

About You
