As an Employment Advisor, you'll work with NHS Talking Therapies and the Department of Work and Pensions to support individuals with mental health challenges in overcoming employment barriers. Your role will involve one-to-one client support for job retention, employer communication, and job or volunteer searcher
Provide tailored guidance to help clients identify barriers and set employment goals. Facilitate job retention and liaise with employers as needed. Coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team, including mental health and community partners. Organize community activities, manage admin tasks, and connect clients with additional resources.

Job Title: Employment Advisor Hours of work: 37.5.hrs per week £24,960 per annum, with progression £27,560 per annum pro rata (dependent on level of qualification) Location - Remote - with occasional trips around the area Solihull - South Midlands This is a great opportunity within MHM, and one where you will make a real and direct difference to the lives of people who face mental health challenges.
