The Employment Advisor role at Mental Health Matters (MHM) in Solihull involves working closely with individuals facing mental health challenges to support their journey towards employment. Key responsibilities include providing one-on-one guidance to help clients identify and overcome employment barriers, facilitating job retention, and assisting with job searches or volunteer opportunities.
