This is a role for a qualified Chef to work in a care home setting, delivering high-quality, fresh and seasonal meals to residents. As the Second Chef at Barchester Healthcare, you will work closely with the Head Chef to develop nutritious and appetizing menus, using fresh, seasonal produce. You will manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, assist with menu development, and create a positive, efficient, and enjoyable working environment. The role requires a good understanding of nutrition, experience with fresh food, and the ability to engage with residents to tailor the menu to their preferences.
