CASELOAD MENTAL HEALTH MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NHS
The Clinical Team Manager at Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust will be responsible for overseeing the specialist community Early Intervention in Psychosis team, managing caseloads, and delivering evidence-based clinical interventions as per NICE guidelines. This role involves line managing a defined group of staff, ensuring compliance with statutory training, appraisals, and supervision, while also coordinating referrals and case allocations in collaboration with various local agencies and services.

In addition to leadership and management responsibilities, the post holder will focus on enhancing care and treatment for individuals with mental health issues in the community, promoting engagement, and improving outcomes. The role requires strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, effective communication with community and mental health services, and active involvement in handling complaints and incidents. The Clinical Team Manager will also contribute to the implementation of local and national objectives, providing professional supervision to clinical staff within the integrated hub.
