The University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) is seeking a Pharmacy Quality Systems Manager to join their Quality Assurance team based at the Bristol Royal Infirmary. This role requires an individual with experience in Quality Management within Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, who will lead a small team in implementing and managing the electronic Quality Management System. Responsibilities include designing, configuring, and maintaining the quality management system, providing advice to pharmacy teams, developing policies and standard operating procedures, and supporting quality control processes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the effectiveness of the pharmacy department’s quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of quality awareness among staff.
