Working alongside the CHS Associate Medical Director, Executive Director and Head of Nursing, the Clinical Director will with the support of the Directorate Leadership Team, be accountable for the strategic clinical leadership of health service delivery and the effective governance of the diverse range of clinical services provided in CHS. This is a part time post and will require the individual to work across all of the services in CHS.

We are now seeking to recruit a Clinical Director to lead our Community based services. Working collaboratively with the Head of Service, you will be jointly accountable for strategic planning and decision making; financial performance, exceptional care of service users, business processes and performance. You will have a key role is the analysis and transformation of existing services and in the development of enhanced patient care pathways.
The role requires one day per week and skills in leadership, innovation and stakeholder engagement. As a registered medical practitioner with experience in community health related service delivery we will provide you with opportunities to provide inspirational leadership to achieve our strategic vision to “create a high quality, compassionate care and wellbeing for all.”
