Bexley Health Neighbourhood Care CIC is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join their multi-disciplinary team at Barnard Medical Centre, Sidcup, on a full-time fixed-term contract for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing healthcare delivery within primary care by leading structured medication reviews, optimizing prescribing practices, and promoting patient self-care, particularly for those with long-term conditions. A focus on collaboration with local practices and community pharmacies will be essential to drive improvements in patient care and operational efficiency.

The role involves managing a patient caseload, providing clinics for medication-related queries, and ensuring seamless communication with healthcare professionals for effective patient management. The pharmacist will also contribute to the development of new services, support public health initiatives, and engage in clinical audits and research to optimize medication use. Candidates with commenced or completed CCPE and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare are encouraged to apply.
