The Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified Band 5 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join their Birmingham Healthy Minds team, specifically for the West team in Hockley. The successful candidate will use their Cognitive Behavioural Therapy skills to engage with clients through computerised CBT, video sessions, and workshops, while also assessing client suitability for services and facilitating referrals as necessary. The role includes participation in community events to promote access to mental health resources and reduce stigma, as well as opportunities for professional development through a comprehensive CPD program, supervision, and various champion roles within the organisation.
