We are looking for a confidentNightSupport Workerwith a passion for delivering outstanding care.
Youll be working40hours a week(Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday,the first week, Then Wedneday and Thursday the second week), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atTrinity House.
Located in the heart of a residential community in Lockerbie, Trinity House is a specialist residential service with nursing, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The team also support individuals who have behaviours that may challenge and associated mental or physical health needs.
The team at Trinity House are focused on ensuring that residents are part of their local community and can access education, employment and other opportunities to meet their needs. Individuals are supported at local paid and voluntary work placements, as well as at living and vocational skills courses at the local college.

Support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required Safeguard Maintain a safe & clean environment for all
