East Cheshire NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 MSK Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist to join their Out-patient Therapy team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for those looking to advance their career in Musculoskeletal expertise or gain further experience in outpatient physiotherapy, following previous Band 5 experience. The successful candidate will assess and treat a variety of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, supported by advanced clinical specialists and practitioners.

The position entails active participation in organizing and delegating duties within the physiotherapy team, and fostering relationships with local GPs to enhance service delivery. The clinical specialist will use evidence-based practices for assessment, planning, and implementing treatment, while also supervising and educating junior staff and students. The role requires a commitment to maintaining high clinical standards and supporting ongoing service improvements in the East Cheshire clinics.
