The London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Research Nurse/Practitioner to join their research team at Northwick Park Hospital. This role involves coordinating clinical studies, recruiting patients, managing care pathways, and ensuring accurate data collection while working collaboratively with the clinical studies team and the multi-disciplinary team (MDT). The candidate will also be responsible for educating clinical staff on the specifics of running clinical trials and supporting the consent process for participants.

Ideal candidates should possess strong planning and organisational skills, and although prior clinical research experience is not mandatory, a proactive attitude and willingness to work flexibly across the Trust are essential. The position includes responsibilities such as randomisation, completion of case report forms (CRFs), and maintaining records in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
