Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking two motivated and organized candidates for the position of Senior Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist in its outpatient team, with options for both full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time (22.5 hours) roles. The successful applicants will work at either West Berkshire Community Hospital or Wokingham Community Hospital, managing a diverse range of referrals from various healthcare sources. Candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and caseload management for adults and children with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. Additionally, they will play a key role in supervising and educating junior staff and students.

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess high-quality assessment and treatment skills, excellent organisational abilities, and strong communication skills. A minimum of 12 months postgraduate experience in MSK rotations is essential. The role also offers opportunities for professional development, with support from Band 7 Clinical Specialist Physiotherapists and a dedicated administrative team.
