The East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Rotational Physiotherapist to join their team in North East Essex. The position is open to experienced Band 5 physiotherapists ready for a Band 6 transition, as well as established Band 6 professionals looking for new challenges. The role involves rotating through various clinical settings, including critical care, surgical and medical wards, community rehabilitation, and outpatient services. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive physiotherapeutic assessments and individualized treatment plans while participating in a 7-day working schedule, including on-call duties.

Applicants should have experience in discharge planning and adaptive equipment needs assessment. The role includes managing a personal caseload with a focus on evidence-based practice, alongside opportunities for professional development through supervision, training, and competency frameworks. A valid driver’s license is preferred due to the community aspect of some rotations. The position emphasises collaboration within an integrated therapy team to provide high-quality patient care.
