The First Contact Physiotherapist role at Primary Care Physio in Sheffield entails providing high-quality physiotherapy services within NHS Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and GP practices. The position requires a fully HCPC and CSP registered physiotherapist with a minimum of five years of post-graduate experience, including three years of relevant musculoskeletal (MSK) clinical experience. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and managing a complex caseload of patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering individualized care that promotes patient self-management and wellness.
