The Air Ambulance Service is seeking an Airdesk Operations Coordinator for its Children's Air Ambulance (TCAA) team in Coventry. This full-time role, averaging 40 hours per week with a salary of £30,123, is pivotal in facilitating helicopter tasking upon requests from NHS Clinical Partner Teams (CPTs). The coordinator will manage mission operations from the initial request to completion, ensuring effective communication and accurate data recording, all while delivering exemplary service to patients, NHS teams, and flight crews.

Candidates should have strong multitasking abilities, work well under pressure, and maintain high attention to detail. Experience in Emergency Operations Centres or similar control environments is preferred. The position requires occasional travel to other operational sites and operates on a schedule covering 7 days a week until 10pm.
