This role is working in a busy but friendly team within the Hospital Administration based at the Tyrrell Hospital, Ilfracombe. We are the first point of contact for all patients & visitors to the Hospital. You will be working as part of a team answering telephones, dealing with patient appointments and any requests and queries.

The successful candidate will work within an established administration team to provide high quality administrative support to the operational team. We require an organised, enthusiastic, motivated and adaptable person to join our small team in this busy community hospital. You will need to provide effective communication to both patients and staff to ensure the smooth running of the service which enhances patient care. The role is office based. You will need to be able to use your initiative and prioritise your workload. If you feel you are suited to the role, we would be delighted to hear from you.


Working Pattern:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
