The role of Frailty Physio/Occupational Therapist at The Hillingdon Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in Uxbridge offers an opportunity for professionals to specialize in frailty care within a dedicated team. This position involves working across various departments such as the Emergency Department and Frailty Assessment Unit to assess patients holistically using the Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment. Candidates will provide tailored therapy interventions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and facilitate safe discharges by connecting patients with appropriate community support.

The successful applicant will be expected to participate in a 7-day service and may have on-call responsibilities.
