The Head of Delivery Management Office (DMO) at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Crewe will serve as a key leader within the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for the development, execution, and reporting of the Trust's Cost Improvement Programme (CIP). Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer, the role involves leading the DMO Team to identify and implement financial efficiency schemes that meet the Trust's annual CIP targets. The successful candidate will ensure that CIP initiatives align with organisational and national objectives, facilitate cultural change towards continuous financial improvement, and analyze relevant data to identify opportunities for cost savings. Additionally, the Head of DMO will establish effective governance and reporting mechanisms to assure the Trust Board and Executive Team of the programme's performance. Strong collaboration with Clinical Divisions and corporate services, along with external partners, is essential for achieving excellent patient outcomes and ensuring the Trust's financial sustainability.
