The Nursery Lead Practitioner at Woodlands Day Nursery, part of Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust in Carshalton, is responsible for delivering high-quality childcare and education in a safe and nurturing environment. The role involves working collaboratively with a professional team to meet the nursery's objectives while specifically focusing on the development and well-being of children aged 6 months to 5 years, and potentially those aged 5-12 during holiday playschemes. Ideal candidates should possess at least a Level 2 qualification in Childcare or equivalent experience and demonstrate enthusiasm, self-motivation, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
