Yorkleigh Surgery in Cheltenham is seeking a Practice Nurse to join their friendly team and contribute to the delivery of quality clinical care to approximately 8,050 patients. The role involves a variety of nursing responsibilities including wound care, vaccinations, medication administration, cervical screening, long-term condition reviews, and health promotion, all conducted in accordance with practice policies. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on health promotion, chronic disease management, and infection control, while also supporting the management team in reviewing clinical policies and procedures.
