As a Regional Care Assistant with Barchester Healthcare in Church Stretton, you'll provide compassionate and respectful care to residents within a 20-mile radius, ensuring they receive the support needed to enhance their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the delivery of care and contributing to person-centred care planning, as well as performing practical tasks like recording vital signs and offering emotional support and companionship to residents. A background in elderly care and preferably a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is required, along with a passion for enhancing residents' well-being.

In this varied role, having access to a car is essential for travelling to different locations, and you'll be compensated for mileage.
