You'll also be responsible for managing staff, ensuring the home meets all regulatory and statutory requirements, and providing excellent support and development opportunities for your team.
As Head of Care, you'll be responsible for monitoring the delivery of care, managing staff, and ensuring the home meets all regulatory and statutory requirements. You'll work closely with the Unit Manager and Deputy General Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the lives of our residents. Your key duties will include motivating and developing your team, planning rotas, reviewing performance, and maintaining a vibrant, supportive culture that empowers everyone to put our residents first.
