You'll need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care to join us as Head of Care.

As Head of Care, you'll use your compassion and experience to ensure our residents receive the quality care they deserve. You'll work closely with the management team to identify and implement improvements that make a real difference to our residents' lives. You'll also be responsible for managing staff, ensuring the home meets all regulatory and statutory requirements, and providing excellent support and development opportunities for your team.

As Head of Care, you'll be responsible for monitoring the delivery of care, managing staff, and ensuring the home meets all regulatory and statutory requirements. You'll work closely with the Unit Manager and Deputy General Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the lives of our residents. Your key duties will include motivating and developing your team, planning rotas, reviewing performance, and maintaining a vibrant, supportive culture that empowers everyone to put our residents first.

ABOUT YOU
You'll need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care to join us as Head of Care. We'll also look for an assessor qualification, or a willingness to undertake one. You'll have supervised others on a senior level and will be able to demonstrate knowledge of clinical care in the older person.
