HCPC NHS OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY VISA
The "Return to Practice Allied Health Professionals" role at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust invites qualified AHPs, including Podiatrists, Dieticians, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech and Language Therapists, to re-enter the workforce. Candidates must have previously held UK HCPC registration and must enroll in the Health Education England (HEE) Return to Practice Programme. This role, offered on a 3-6 month honorary contract (unpaid), provides clinical supervision, practice opportunities, and support for re-registration. Applicants should demonstrate effective communication, collaborative teamwork, and good time management skills and are required to complete specific contracted hours, professional competencies, and a Trust induction.

As a returnee, individuals need to commit to updating their skills based on their time away from the profession, meeting HCPC guidelines for the number of days required. Opportunities for both full-time and part-time arrangements exist, but this unpaid position does not qualify for visa sponsorship. Candidates are encouraged to reach out for further guidance on the programme requirements through the provided contacts.
