The North East London Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Physiotherapist for their Discharge to Assess (D2A) Therapies Team in Ilford. This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced professional looking to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team while delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient caseload. Candidates should be adept at conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans that promote patient independence. The position requires effective communication skills and the ability to travel across local boroughs, while fostering team collaboration and participating in service development projects.

In this community-based role, the successful candidate will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff and students, supporting complex discharge planning for elderly patients, and evaluating treatment effectiveness.
