The "Contract and Performance Manager" at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for overseeing two key Estates and Facilities management contracts that are essential for service delivery at the Trust. This encompasses managing the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contract at Calderdale Royal Hospital and an additional contract with the Trust's subsidiary at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary. The role involves ensuring compliance with contract obligations, maintaining commercial and financial governance, and promoting continuous improvement to achieve better value for the Trust. The manager will act as the primary liaison between the Trust and its contract partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration while supporting service reconfigurations and managing transitions of services.

Key responsibilities include leading contractual oversight, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and safety standards, conducting audits for compliance, and facilitating meetings between stakeholders. The post holder will also identify potential issues, strategize resolutions, and maintain productive relationships with both internal and external partners to guarantee that the Estates and Facilities services meet the operational needs of the Trust and uphold its commitment to patient care.
