We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our well-established Rehabilitation Service. It is a fantastic time to join the senior leadership team as we launch an enhanced Community Rehabilitation service in North Kent.
You will have experience in interventions for complex psychosis, support MDT colleagues with risk management & with training in psychological interventions. So if you have a passion for providing exceptional psychosis services and are looking for an exciting and challenging role, we would welcome your talents and skills.
The role demands experience in psychological interventions for complex psychosis cases, supervision of other practitioners, facilitating reflective practice and teaching staff psychological approaches in multi-disciplinary teams. Clinically, experience of delivering high-quality assessment and bespoke interventions, with a specific focus on people in distress, related to severe mental health problems (esp. psychosis with co-morbid conditions like ASD, substance misuse, physical health issues) will be required.
You will have plenty of scope and support to develop your own practice, whilst supporting the team in providing high-quality services and working with a variety of partners to deliver effective care.
The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2.
