You will work alongside our dedicated nursing team consisting of 2 practice nurses and 4 healthcare assistants, as well as the rest of our practice team including clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists, Mental health workers and doctors. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with minor illnesses in both face-to-face and telephone consultations. in line with current evidence-based guidelines   Collaborate effectively with the nursing and wider multi-disciplinary team.   Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of learning.   Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using TPP SystmOne.
