The role of Patient Care Co-ordinator (Receptionist) at Flansham Park Health Centre in Bognor Regis involves providing excellent reception services to patients and visitors, facilitating access to healthcare services in an efficient and courteous manner. The position requires handling general inquiries, managing appointment bookings, and ensuring the proper processing of patient registrations and home visits. Additionally, the co-ordinator will be responsible for managing telephone communications, maintaining accurate patient records in compliance with data protection legislation, and supporting the prescription team with repeat prescriptions.

This position offers flexibility with various hours available between 08:00 am and 18:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and aims to maintain a friendly and professional environment at all times. Other responsibilities may include managing financial transactions for private services, maintaining the security and organisation of the practice, and undertaking additional tasks as delegated by management. Interviews for this role are scheduled for the week commencing March 10, 2025.
