The Health and Wellbeing Assistant at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust plays a crucial role in promoting and engaging staff in Health and Wellbeing initiatives. This full-time position involves collaborating with the Health and Wellbeing Lead to plan and implement communication campaigns, create digital marketing content for social media, and maintain communication plans to enhance staff participation in Health and Wellbeing activities. The successful candidate will possess strong organisational and administrative skills, demonstrate proactive engagement, and have the ability to produce compelling media and presentations.

Additionally, the role requires regular attendance at events throughout the County, necessitating the use of a personal vehicle. The position offers a blend of on-site and remote work while maintaining a schedule of 37.5 hours per week from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. The Health and Wellbeing Assistant will also provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations across the Trust.
