We have a fantastic job opportunity as a Health and Wellbeing Assistant at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT).
Health and Wellbeing is a proven, systematic, compelling approach for engaging the frontline staff and those who support them, so that they can influence, shape and provide the best possible services for our patients and service users.
The Health and Wellbeing Assistant will support the Health and Wellbeing Lead to share these approaches across the organisation. By planning and implementing communications campaigns to promote the approaches and sharing the successes of teams to increase engagement and uptake within LPT, the post holder will work closely with the Health and Wellbeing Lead to coordinate and support the spread of Health and Wellbeing across the Trust.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is able to design and produce communications to engage staff. Organisation and administrative experience and skills are essential to the role. You will will need your own vehicle as you will be regularly attending and supporting Trust events across the County.
The successful candidate will be able to work in a blended way both on and off-site using County Hall (LPT HQ) as a base, working at different LPT sites during events and working from at home. This post is full-time 37.5hrs per week and is currently worked 8am-4pm Monday-Friday.
