We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Magor/Undy on part time basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support an individual with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions, assisting with daily living activities, administering medication and monitoring health conditions, providing emotional support and companionship, maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions, collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Working Hours:
School holidays: Tuesday and Thursday 09:00 – 18:00 Term time: Thursday 15.00 - 22.00
Additional Days and Waking Nights may be available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
- Active and bubbly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the specified hours.
- Valid UK driver's license
