CASELOAD MENTAL HEALTH MULTI-DISCIPLINARY
Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a part-time Community Mental Health Nurse (RNMH) for the Newport West Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and enthusiastic about providing care to service users in a community setting, and will have the opportunity to develop their community nursing skills within an established team. Responsibilities include serving as a Care Coordinator for a caseload of patients, conducting routine and urgent assessments, and implementing care plans tailored to individuals with complex mental health issues. The role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team and contributing to the ongoing development of adult mental health services in Newport, especially during the team’s restructuring phase.

Candidates must possess knowledge and experience in managing severe and enduring mental health problems, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-centered care. While fluency in Welsh is desirable, applicants who speak either Welsh or English are encouraged to apply.
