NHS Dorset is seeking a Principal Lead to drive the integration and development of Primary Care and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) in Dorchester. This high-profile leadership role requires collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders across health, care, and the voluntary sector to support the planning, delivery, and commissioning of integrated services aimed at improving population health outcomes. The Principal Lead will engage in strategic planning, programme management, and the development of outcomes-based commissioning, ensuring alignment with community needs and NHS operational guidance.

The position entails working closely with various system partners, managing resources, and leading initiatives to modernize services and enhance efficiency within the INTs. Responsibilities include building partnerships, overseeing contract management of primary care providers, and fostering innovation in healthcare delivery through technology and quality improvement practices. The role is part-time, requiring 18.75 hours per week, with the potential for flexible working arrangements and an increase in hours in the future.
