The Senior Peer Support Worker (SPSW) role in Watford with the Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust involves supporting pregnant individuals and new mothers facing mental health challenges by promoting recovery through shared lived experiences. The SPSW will provide individual and group supervision to Peer Support Workers, facilitating training workshops and ensuring that peer support staff are equipped to assist clients in developing independence, self-esteem, and social networks.
