The Project Implementation Manager at Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust will oversee the management and delivery of key projects within the Trust's Excellence Programme, which focuses on organisational change across various sectors including clinical, operational, and digital functions. This role involves leading efforts to ensure projects meet defined outcomes and benefits while emphasizing the human and cultural elements of change.

The post holder will be responsible for building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, from clinical staff to executive leaders, and will play a critical role in assessing business needs, mapping current and desired processes, and navigating the complexities of implementing change. Key tasks include stakeholder engagement, risk management, and ensuring project objectives align with the organisation’s strategic priorities.
