The East Coast Community Healthcare CIC is seeking a motivated Rehabilitation Support Worker for a full-time, permanent position in Beccles, with up to 37.5 hours per week, offering enhanced pay for out of hours, weekends, and bank holidays. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with nursing and therapy teams to assist patients in their daily living activities, fostering recovery and promoting independence through meaningful engagement. The position involves providing personal care, supporting end-of-life patients, and executing rehabilitation activities while maintaining effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
