The North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic MRI Radiographer or a Trainee MRI Radiographer for their Peterborough location. The successful candidate will join a team operating advanced MRI scanners across three hospital sites and will have the opportunity to perform a variety of MRI examinations for both pediatric and adult patients. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. The role requires flexibility as the MRI service operates 12.5 hours a day, seven days a week, with staff working a 3-day shift pattern that includes weekends and Bank holidays. Responsibilities include producing high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient care adheres to relevant guidelines, and mentoring junior staff. Additional duties may involve venipuncture and participating in trust-wide initiatives. Continuous personal and professional development is expected.
