Marsh House Medical Practice in Billingham is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team for 27 hours a week across a two-week rolling rota. The role requires the individual to manage busy telephone lines, assist at the front reception desk, and address patient inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.

We are looking to recruit a hard working, enthusiastic Receptionist at Marsh House Medical Practice.
This post is for 3 days/27 hours a week over a 2 week rolling rota system (our working week is Mon - Fri, 8am-6pm). The rate of pay is £11.44 per hour.

The main duties to be expected in this role are answering busy telephone lines and working on the front reception desk whilst maintaining a helpful and professional manner.
Other aspects of the job will include photocopying, communicating with outside agencies, dealing with emails and Internal Tasks (such as booking appointments).
About us
Answering the phone lines and working on the front desk to book appointments, deal with patient queries and request medications.
Other duties include actioning emails, and answering internal tasks from GPs, Nurses etc.
