The Pastoral International Practice Educator role at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is an integral position within the Institute of Care Excellence Team, focusing on supporting international nurses and professionals as they begin their careers. This role involves coordinating pastoral care, ensuring a welcoming environment, and delivering educational programs in both clinical and classroom settings. The successful candidate will work closely with practice education teams and clinical colleagues to facilitate a supportive onboarding experience, while also guiding preceptors and nursing staff to adhere to Trust and national standards.

Applicants should be motivated clinical practitioners with experience in supporting learners in a healthcare setting, holding a current NMC adult nursing registration. This fixed-term position offers opportunities for personal and professional development within a nurturing team environment, aimed at enhancing the quality of care and retention of new staff.
