Are you a proven 360 recruitment consultant who can demonstrate a track record of developing relationships with candidates and clients responsible for all aspects of the recruitment journey?

If so, we want you to focus on the recruitment of the highest of quality mid to senior level clinicians in the UK this role emphasises quality not quantity!

You will source, screen, short list and provide consultation to mid senior level Sonographers and Echocardiographers from the UK market alongside developing client relationships with NHS, Independent and Privateorganisations. Working with and alongside the Business Development lead for insourced and outsourced diagnostic imaging services.

Diagnostic World team all operate remotely so we are seeking individuals that Excel in a remote role leveraging software and communication tools to foster a collaborative and team working environment.

£30k - £45k (depending upon experience) + lucrative commission paid monthly

Desired candidate:

• Extensive 360 recruitment experience
• Senior or principal level recruitment expertise in the healthcare services market
• Experience of Business Development in a 360 role with NHS clients in a consultative and professional manner.
• Preference for working as part of an entrepreneurial business and the flexibility in responsibilities that provides alongside a supportive and open culture.
