The role of "Strategic Lead Staff Wellbeing: Consultant Clinical Psychologist" at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales involves leading the development of the Staff Wellbeing and Support Service. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders within the organisation to create a coherent and integrated wellbeing framework, manage budgets and contracts for external services, and provide direct clinical support to staff. Additionally, responsibilities include overseeing clinical governance, line management of clinical and non-clinical staff, and engaging in service development initiatives, evaluations, and compassionate leadership training.

This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to shape staff wellbeing initiatives across North Wales, within a supportive clinical psychology department. The role emphasises professional networking locally and nationally, and involvement with research initiatives in collaboration with local universities.
