The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Team Lead Occupational Therapist for its Wheelchair Service in West Berkshire. This role involves leading a team that provides specialized seating and support for patients of all ages with complex mobility-related conditions. The Team Lead will manage their own caseload while offering clinical leadership and operational management, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include contributing to service development, policy planning, and quality initiatives, as well as providing expert training and advice to staff and stakeholders.

In addition to the clinical responsibilities, the successful candidate will support the Occupational Therapy Professional Lead, act as a clinical representative on various boards, and help ensure adequate service coverage to meet patient needs. The position offers an incentive payment of up to £3,000 upon appointment, emphasizing the trust’s commitment to valuing its team members from day one.
