The United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a motivated and proactive Specialist Dietitian for the Nutrition Support Dietitian role at Lincoln County Hospital. This position involves providing dietetic care to both inpatients and outpatients, focusing on complex nutrition support across various wards. Ideal candidates will have 12-18 months of post-registration experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage a busy caseload and an interest in leadership and service development. The successful applicant will work under the guidance of a Band 7 Team Lead Dietitian, contribute to policy and guideline development, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure high-quality patient care.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the role offers opportunities for service development, line management, and contributing to the provision of parenteral nutrition following the completion of training. The Dietetic Service promotes a friendly work environment, supporting personal professional growth and ensuring that dietetic practice is grounded in the latest evidence-based guidelines.
