The Community Nurse role with Wiltshire Health and Care LLP in Warminster involves providing high-quality care to patients in their homes, reflecting the national trend towards community-based healthcare. This Band 5 position requires a candidate who is adaptable, skilled in various clinical practices such as wound management and IV therapy, and capable of educating patients and their families on self-care. Nurses will work within a multi-professional team that includes district nurses, physiotherapists, and care coordinators to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

The position offers a permanent, full-time opportunity (37.5 hours per week) with various shift patterns, and a full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
