Public Health Wales NHS Trust is seeking a motivated and skilled Project Support Officer to join the Training and Guidance Team within its Health Protection Division. The role involves providing essential administrative and project support for digital public health learning projects across Wales, facilitating training events, and managing the Quality Management System. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills in a flexible, hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities include organizing training sessions and meetings, assisting in the development of online learning resources, and ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on project activities. While proficiency in Welsh is desirable, applicants fluent in either Welsh or English are encouraged to apply. Interviews for this position are scheduled for 14 November 2024.
