The role of Sister/Charge Nurse within the SACT Outreach Team at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester involves leading a dynamic team that provides treatment for patients closer to home. The successful candidate will support the Senior Sister, coordinate clinics, manage patient care, and oversee staffing development while maintaining high standards of service delivery. Responsibilities include caring for patients, mentoring junior staff, ensuring accurate documentation, managing clinical procedures, and facilitating effective communication among the team and with external partners.

In addition to clinical duties, the Sister/Charge Nurse will also focus on personal and professional development, ensure a supportive environment for staff, and engage in projects aimed at improving the service. This role requires a proactive individual who can demonstrate initiative, contribute to service improvements, and inspire others through their leadership.
