Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Call Centre Administrator for its Embrace Transport service in Barnsley, a critical care transport service for critically ill neonates and children across Yorkshire and beyond. The role involves being the first point of contact for the transfer of patients, handling over 3,400 calls annually and coordinating transfers by road, helicopter, or fixed wing for more than 2,200 patients each year. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills, preferably with a background in call centre or customer service environments.

The position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, as the service operates 24/7.
