The North Bristol NHS Trust is seeking a part-time Imaging Call Handler/Administrator (Band 2) to join their team in Bristol. This role involves acting as the first point of contact for patients calling the Imaging department, where you will handle queries, book appointments for Plain Film X-rays, and provide essential information while maintaining confidentiality. The position offers flexible hours, requiring work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays from 8:45 AM to 4:45 PM.

Successful candidates should possess a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, have strong communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks under pressure. Experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with imaging terminology are advantageous, though training will be provided. Responsibilities include updating patient information in the Computerised Radiology Information System (CRIS) and adhering to departmental policies, ensuring efficient service delivery and teamwork within the department.
