Join our dedicated team at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board as a Ward Manager in the T4 Neurosurgery High Care Unit, where you can make a real difference to the lives of our patients in a supportive and friendly environment. Our 18-bedded unit is home to an experienced nursing team passionate about delivering exceptional neurosurgical care. You'll lead a compassionate group of professionals, overseeing the care of individuals undergoing complex procedures and those recovering from traumatic brain injuries, all while fostering a culture of learning and growth.
